Ongoing, Part Time position (0.5 FTE)
PTA Level 2 $55,642 pa (plus 9.50% super)

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for you to become an Administration Support Officer for CFA. In this position, you will provide efficient and effective customer and administration service.

More specifically, this role will see you delivering a service to both internal and external clients which encompasses correspondence/communications drafting and management (inclusive of letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notes) on behalf of managers and other staff; developing and maintaining an effective network and co-operative relationships with internal and external clients; coordinating agendas, meetings and travel, along with basic financial and procurement transactions.

This position will allow you establish yourself as a service provider within the organisation, working independently and demonstrating high customer orientation, efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have proven administration skills and experience, displaying organisational and time-management skills; excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office suite and databases); good interpersonal skills with an ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders; a proactive and independent working style, along with team-work capabilities; and experience drafting professional documents, correspondence and reports.

In addition, you will be prepared to participate in Incident Management support activities.
