Due to Continued growth we have a Workshop Supervisor position available at our Swan Hill Branch!

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Quoting & invoicing services & repairs
• Routine servicing, maintenance, full machine overhauls and technical repairs
• Assist customers with service enquiries & needs
• Take service bookings & attend to phone/email enquiries
• Keep track of work being done on vehicles
• Supervise, lead and encourage apprentices and mechanics
• Liaise with Volvo head office

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Relevant Heavy Vehicle trade certificate (essential)
• Experience on either Mack, UD, Volvo, Hino trucks would be an advantage
• Have job costing and invoicing skills
• Attention to detail & strong organisation skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written & verbally
• Self-Motivated & able to work in a team environment
